1. We Start Where Their Journey Starts, Antarctica
The movie starts in Antarctica and we meet our boys as youngsters. And immediately their character traits are fully formed. And we get to see Private being born!

2. Gimme One Hand Slap Origins
The movie's beginnings also reveal the origins of their iconic “gimme one” hand slap!

3. A New March of the Penguins
Werner Herzog narrates/plays a documentary filmmaker who is chronicling a March of the Penguins who inadvertently leads our fearsome foursome to their destiny.

4. Penguins Don't Like to Movie It
The film then fast forwards to Madagascar 3 right near the end – including a joke about the penguins being sick of hearing I Like to Move It.

5. Meet Evil Dave the Octopus
The gang winds up in Venice and we’re introduced to our villain, an Octopus named Dave played by John Malkovich and we learn why he hates these penguins so darn much.

6. A Venice Chase Scene Rocks
Soon after, Benedict Cumberbatch and his North Wind heroes are introduced with a crazy chase scene involving bikes, gondolas and other Venetian vehicles.

7. Skipper Does Not Take Orders
There’s going to be a battle of wills between Skipper and Cumberbatch’s Classified

8. Meet the North Wind
We heard from North Wind members for the first time, including Ken Jeong (hilarious!) as Short Fuse and Peter Stormare as Corporal

9. Back to Where They Started
Our boys wind up back in Madagascar! Oh, the horror!
